Even a small workout still makes me feel better for the day than nothing at all. I used to lift...Looks like a solid workout regime. I used to lift a bit but now I focus on running. If the winter gets bad I'll join a gym but for now the bike trail is my gym.<br /><br />Not a fan of weighted side bends. I remember Arnold Schwarzenegger saying it made your obliques bigger not stronger. <br /><br />I used to run five days a week but now I am 6 or 7.
