Rest Day

No run today - my beat up legs really needed it.  Worked out at gym in AM with 20min swim and light legs and upper body strength training.  I was able to do lunges for the first time since the quadricep tendinitis started.  Knee felt great and strong.  Ankle is still a little sore, but it feels like it's getting better.  I'll rest for the remainder of today and do 18 tomorrow on Christmas.
