        Avg Pace:  8:26/mile
         Workout:   Recovery Run
               Temp:  21 Degrees, Wind 5NW

Nothing much to report.  Nice, slow, easy recovery run.  Kept heart rate really low.  It wasn't freezing (well, I guess scientifically it was), so it made the run enjoyable.  I had planned on 14 today, but felt like shutting it down after 10, so I did.  I want to get a good hard speed run in tomorrow, so there was no need to push it today.

  3. The only way 21 degrees is doable is if it's sunny...but still thats cold...nicely done...
