Nothing much to report.  Nice, slow, easy recovery run.  Kept heart rate really low.  It wasn't freezing (well, I guess scientifically it was), so it made the run enjoyable.  I had planned on 14 today, but felt like shutting it down after 10, so I did.  I want to get a good hard speed run in tomorrow, so there was no need to push it today.

  1. Nice! Isn't it amazing how 21 feels relatively warm?

  2. 21 Celcius, right? Austin = 3:15.

  3. The only way 21 degrees is doable is if it's sunny...but still thats cold...nicely done...

  4. Good for you for running in that cold!
