3:10 PR At Richmond Today ... RAWKFIST!!!

I wasn't really feelin' this one the week leading up to the race, and especially this morning.  But apparently that's how I need to feel every race because I ended up running the fastest 26.2 miles of my life this morning in the rain at the Richmond Marathon ... 3:10:39!!!  A new PR, and BQ!!!  I couldn't be more excited because I PR'd in my last marathon as a 44 year old ... RAWKFIST!!!  More to come later of course!  Have a great weekend!!!
... be great today!

  8. Congrats! It seemed like you had this in you, you deserve it.

Ugh, Stanford played like idiots tonight. That basically was a carbon copy of the Utah game - USC had a stout D line, their QB didn't make mistakes, and Stanford had bad play calling. Main problem was calling for the wildcat formation on 1st and goal at the 5, and then getting tackled for a 5 yard loss. They should have ran regular formation and run it 3 times, and likely would have got a TD. I guess this loss helps Missouri? Stanford is now out of everything. Guess that's how it goes.
