  5. I'm sorry but it always makes me laugh when I see you write things like..."good slow run" and your pace is something I cannot imagine sustaining for one mile let alone 10! :)

    I'm glad to hear you speak of the calves though..after my switch to the Kinvara's they were soooo tight and still are some runs. I thought I was crazy....well maybe I am but not about that.
