Not a lot of weight or reps, but good overall workout - as I get stronger this winter, I'll add more weight and build more muscle, but for now I just want to get moving forward again

ReplyDeleteI totally agree on the Mariah Carey song. It's about the only one that they're playing at the shopping centre I frequent that doesn't have me wanting to poke out my ear drums with a blunt chopstick.
