Here We Go!!!



Off to Tulsa like a Golden Hurricane (that's a pun).  Wish me luck on marathon #16 ... hopefully I'll be shavin' the PR Beard on Sunday, but at this point I'm not too sure!  It just seems like lately I have really positive runs, and then the next day will not be so great, so who knows.  You can be sure I'll give it 100% and we'll see...





Until then, you know you've been waiting for this ...

    Good Luck. We will be in Tulsa as well. Wife is running her 11th half of the year. Daughter is running her first half ever. My son and I will be a part of the cheering crowds throughout the race.

    Crush it brother.

    Here is a theory for you:

    Go out the day before and have a crappy taper run. I mean trip on purpose, run at 8:30/mi pace and just hat it.

    Then when the race rolls around you can crush it!
