- 2 x 40 pushups
- 9 miles total
- Splits: 9:30 warm up ... 7:30, 7:10, 6:49, 6:48, 6:33, 6:39, 7:30 ... 8:33 cool down
No core work on either day due to schedule, but I'll hit it pretty hard tomorrow
Struggling a little to keep pace right now, but that's mostly leg fatigue, added body weight, and lack of long distance conditioning - I'm not worried, it will come back before long, it's gonna be a fast Spring!!!
