Back-to-Back Marathons ... WHEW, I DID IT!!!

I'll have a full report later this week for everyone ... but I just wanted to let you know that my two marathons went well this weekend!  And from someone who's never satisfied with his performance ... "I'm satisfied!"

Saturday, October 15 - Kansas City Marathon ... 3:42
Sunday, October 16 - Des Moines Marathon ... 3:30

Thank you for all of the kind words of support everyone offered while training for these!  You have no idea how much I appreciate all of your encouragement ... very inspirational! Gonna get some rest now!

    p.s....didn't you go through a sign company for your awesome Be Great Today stickers? What was the name of that company?? They did signs, too, right?

  16. You are completely awesome. Huge congrats to you on this big accomplishment. You obviously trained well and were successful on the recovery after day 1. It isn't an easy thing, nor is there any easy answer, so I'm just so proud that you found your formula! CONGRATS...times two! Love it!
