Monday Upper Body

In an attempt to not physically look like a 90 lb weakling, Monday's upper body workout was as follows ...

  • 130 ups
  • 50 bar oblique bends
  • 2 x 25 oblique twists
  • 2 x 1:05 hip bridge
  • 2 x 1:05 Superman pose
  • 2 x 1:05 planks - front & sides
  • 2 x 20 stability ball back extensions
  • 5 x 20 push ups
  • 2 x 10 dips
  • 2 x 10 weighted incline bench
  • 2 x 10 weighted chest flys
  • 2 x 10 burpees
  • 3 x 8 pull ups
  • 2 x 15 trx posterior deltoid pulls
  • 2 x 25 weighted shoulder shrugs
  • 2 x 20 banded deltoid flies
  • 2 x 40 lateral neck extensions
Not a lot of weight or reps, but good overall workout - as I get stronger this winter, I'll add more weight and build more muscle, but for now I just want to get moving forward again

  2. I totally agree on the Mariah Carey song. It's about the only one that they're playing at the shopping centre I frequent that doesn't have me wanting to poke out my ear drums with a blunt chopstick.
