All in all not a bad recovery run. My knee was killing me the first few miles, but I just ran faster and it finally loosened up a little. I'm not going to let it stop my running or slow me down. Started getting a little swelling in it yesterday - but nothing too severe. I'll take tomorrow off and hopefully it's better on Saturday.
