Typically after a long run I like to recover with 6-8 light, slow miles. After yesterday's 20 miles, my knee feels great, but my right abductors (groin area) and both Achilles are a little tight. My knee feels great and I'm sure I could run pain free, but I think I'll take another day off and just do a light workout at the gym with 30-40 minutes of swimming.
