Blizzard-like conditions outside so I ran the 6 mile recovery run at Legacy Park on the treadmill, which normally I hate - but considering my knee issues, it was probably great. My knee felt really good - just a little tight, but no pain and great after I finished. I iced and used heat all day yesterday - I'll do the same today. Ran the recovery run a little faster than I wanted, but all in all it was a good run.
Swam 10 laps after I was done for cross train. It wasn't too bad. I will stretch and rest the remainder of the day.
Madi ran another 6 miles yesterday - I think faster than she ran last week. She is getting good!
Yay! I'm proud of you! And I did do the six with my fastest time yet. Still have a lot of work to do though. It's ok. I'll get there. Thanks for the encouragement!
