Lite, easy recovery run on the treadmill & gym track (2 + 2).   Nothing hurts today ... which is good, just a little tight - especially in my hips.  I've been neglecting them a little lately with my strength training, and I can feel it today.

All in all though, I feel pretty good.  The day after a long run I am pretty energy depleted and a little stiff, but nothing feels like it's going to be a problem this week.  I plan on a fairly smooth recovery week - but I will still push it a little at times, hopefully for about 65-70 miles.
Oh, and the B-2 Stealth Bomber just flew over my house on the way to the KC Chiefs Playoff game.  Whiteman AFB, where they park them, is only about 30 min from my house.  Pretty cool.  But "stealth", huh - I saw it just fine!
