Good Trail Workout

Ran a little faster than I intended, but got in a good 10 with about 4 to 4-1/2 of trail running.  Legs felt really healthy and light.  Didn't feel like I was pushing at all.  Nice sunny weather, but only about 8 degree with wind chill.  Hopefully I'll have a good - smooth week.  Ran 71 miles last week, shooting for about 70-75 miles.
